Tandem Jumps

The simplest way of experiencing skydiving and free fall on your first jump!

You will be securely attached to an experienced Tandem Instructor who will conduct your safety briefing and instil you with the confidence you need prior to your Skydive. The briefing takes about 20 minutes. You will be shown the equipment and told what you will need to do for the jump.

You will then fly to between 10000 - 13000 feet (depending on the centre and aircraft used) for the experience of a lifetime!

The major advantages a Tandem jump has over the other forms of skydiving is the time it takes to teach you what you need to know and the fact that as you are not alone. You can jump in the maximum permissible weather conditions allowed for skydiving. You may also jump if you are a wheel chair user, Indeed I recently took a young man that is tetra-pelagic.

Please note, Tandem Skydiving is used as in introduction to this great sport. You will be a student parachutists and temporary members of the British Parachute Association.  It is not as many companies advertise a funfair ride were you turn up get on a ride and leave, you will be taught what you need to know and expected to assist the instuctor by following his or her instruction. This is minimal but more involved than getting on Nemesis at Alton Towers!

Check out our prices here. Note the normal exit height for each centre is shown on the locations page.

For an additional premium the whole skydive can be captured on video by one of our free-fall cameramen. The video will show you getting ready for your jump, the ride in the aircraft, the freefall and the landing. The footage is then edited and set to music. (handy to cover up the swearing)! Depending on the centre and the individual camera flyer You will get a DVD to take away and a CD with very high quality pictures. or Video & 35mm photos.
